Fiji · 6 days · Untravel editors
Pick one island, let it run your days — the honeymoon-Fiji version, with the country's only overwater bures. Fiji as a genuine reset; lean into the doing-nothing.
6 days and 8 stops — Nadi, Mamanuca Islands and Yasawa Islands, with four moves between them. It opens with land and launch point. Every stop carries the note that put it on the list. Read it all here, no app and no account.
The 6-day Fiji itinerary, day by day
Day 01 · Nadi
Land and launch point
Denarau Island
One night on the resort peninsula — a convenient launch pad, but be honest: it's a manicured man-made beach, not the real Fiji scenery (that's on the islands).
Port Denarau sunset dinner
A calm marina-side dinner and an early night before the morning ferry.
Transfer · day 1 → 228 km apart
Day 02 · Mamanuca Islands
Your island
Likuliku Lagoon Resort
Fast catamaran out (15–45 min). Fiji's only overwater bures (10 of them), adults-only, in a protected marine sanctuary — the single best 'Fiji bucket-list stay'. (Or Tokoriki/Tropica for couples, Castaway/Malolo family-mid.) Then settle and stay settled.
Day 03 · Mamanuca Islands
House-reef days
Malolo Island
House-reef snorkelling off the beach, a sunset paddle, a long lunch, a spa afternoon. The schedule is the absence of one.
Kava (sevusevu) ceremony
A kava ceremony with the resort — the warmest welcome in the Pacific, and the most Fijian evening of the trip.
Transfer · day 3 → 457 km apart
Day 04 · Yasawa Islands
The one excursion worth the boat
Manta Ray Passage
A day-trip (between Drawaqa & Naviti, May–Oct) — snorkelling with wild manta rays. Not guaranteed (tide-dependent), but the wildlife moment of the trip.
Transfer · day 4 → 557 km apart
Day 05 · Mamanuca Islands
Do nothing
Mamanuca Islands
A last full island day — beach, reef, sunset. The whole point of basing here.
Transfer · day 5 → 628 km apart
Day 06 · Nadi
Last morning, ferry, fly
Port Denarau
A final swim, the catamaran back to Denarau, out via Nadi.
