If you've got the afternoon — the geothermal mud + hot-spring soak + the Garden of the Sleeping Giant (orchids). The cheap, fun, near-Nadi land cluster. Night on Denarau.

Catamaran to a Mamanuca island (Mana, Malolo, Castaway — family-mid; Tokoriki/Tropica — couples). House-reef snorkel, beach, sunset.

A waterfront seafood dinner — Crab Shack or Wicked Walu — to start the land-based half.

Inland adventure
Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park
A Sigatoka River safari (jet-boat upriver + a village visit), the Sand Dunes national park, or the Biausevu waterfall walk. The land-based stuff you can't do from an island.
Day 07 · Coral Coast
Culture + reef
Coral Coast village visit
A proper village visit + kava (sevusevu) ceremony — the core Fijian cultural experience, arranged respectfully through the resort.
Biausevu Waterfall
An afternoon walk to the Biausevu (Savu) waterfall, or a snorkel/spa back at the resort.

Out
Natadola Beach
A last beach morning, drive back to Nadi, fly home.
